Meeting Room

Our meeting area can fit up to 10 people and is located in the town centre of Barnstaple with a car park to the rear of the building which is with easy walking distance. You can rent our meeting room by the hour, half a day or full day with prices starting at £10 per hour.

We have all the facities you would expect a meeting room to come with including resreshments, presentation equipment and a smart paint wall that you can use as a white board for bashing out ideas on a new project or concept.

While you use our meeting room you will be entitled to use our front of house services, such as printing and typing at a reduced rate, and if you need someone to take and produce the minutes of your meeting then one of our friendly Virtual Business Assistants will be more than happy to help.

Hot Desks

If you work from home you can sometimes feel quite isolated but having a permanent office space can be very expensive – Why not come to our town centre based office and hire the hot desk. Whether it’s by the hour, half a day, full day or week, B My Office offers you a ready made environment to work and be productive in – plus we offer great coffee!

Prices start from £4 per hour and while you use our hot desk you will be entitled to use our front of house services, such as printing and typing at a reduced rate.
