Q: How much does it cost to have a Virtual Business Assistant carry out tasks for me?
A: The cost will vary for each task and we will do our utmost to advise you of the cost before we start. To give you an idea we charge £6.75 per 15 minute time block.

Q: How do you keep log of time taken?
A: We start the clock from the moment we start the task to the moment we complete it so you can be confident you are only charged for the time you use.

Q: Do you have a minimum charge?
A: Yes all tasks have a minimum charge of 15 minutes after which it is charged on a per minute basis.

Q: How do I pay?

A: You can pay either per task or we can set up an account for you where we bill you at the beginning of each month for the previous month’s usage – contact us to talk through your requirements.

Q: Are there any contracts?
A: No, we are here as and when you need us to carry out your admin tasks on your behalf – we don’t believe in tying you in if you no longer need us.
