Striving to Tackle the Catch 22 Situation Our Young People Face
At B My Office we are supporting the future generation through our apprenticeship scheme. Having successfully put 3 apprentices through their NVQ’s, we hope to continue supporting the growth of young people by offering more placements within our company.
All our apprentices go through a six-week induction period where they learn about customer service, develop their ICT skills in a business environment and gain an in-depth knowledge of customer’s business requirements.
Once the induction period is complete we start them off with one of our own businesses “Best Driver Training” to help them get rid of the butterflies and then after 2 weeks we introduce them to working with our clients, supporting and developing them all the way.
Our Current Apprentices
We currently have one Apprentice with us, Jess, and she has successfully finished her level 2 in Business and Administration and is now doing her level 2 in Customer Service.
What to be our Next Apprentice?
We are always on the look out for talented individuals who are keen as mustard to work in a business environment and what’s to get some “real world” experience plus qualifications to add to their CV.
