B My Office operates as a company providing services to assist with business growth, skills training and enhancing young people’s development.

Our Vision and Mission

• To provide efficient solutions and support the to our clients by providing much needed practical virtual business assistance services on a flexible and affordable basis – enabling growth within the business community.

• To tackle the catch 22 situation of “No Experience No Job – No Job No Experience” for our local young people by providing real on the job training and qualifications in business admin.

• To help update the skills of people in later life/older generation by proving one to one, relaxed, comfortable and informal workshops helping them understand and utilise the internet and how it can help them.

A Day in the Life of Our Office 

Our office is a beehive of activity, productivity and innovation, we utilise the latest in communicative and collaborative technologies to provide much needed business support to enterprises and organisations whilst improving the skills and experience of our local young people at the same time.

A typical day in our office would involve members of the public popping in to send a fax or having photocopying, typing taken care of. Our team of Virtual Business Assistant’s answering the calls for the many businesses that access our business support and assistance services, our web designer working on a client’s website makeover. There would be a couple of local business owners catching up over coffee in the reception seating area and reading the notice board detailing local events and groups.

Our private meeting area has a team brain storming for a new project and using the smart paint wall to sketch out thier ideas and the hot desk is being used by a local web developers escaping the isolation that working from home can bring.

Our furniture and equipment is practical and comfy with little pockets of spaces free for meaningful discussions and networking to take place over a coffee.

We have our apprentices helping these business owners with their businesses by utilising the skills they have already acquired through school and college plus building upon these skills under guidance of the more experienced staff.  Our apprentice’s are gaining hands on “real world” experience in business operations, customer service, networking and a chosen area of focus be it web development or financial management.

We have set up key links with employment agencies and employers to put our apprentices  into further work or help start their own business.

There are regular visits and surgeries provided by  local professional accredited advisor’s and consultants to business owners and general public in areas they would like to develop. We  have training and development zone for anyone to access training or workshops such as how to set up and manage their Skype account to Social media basics.

B My Office is a great resource for all business, charities, groups and individuals to come to that want to develop and grow or be inspired by others.
